1 atelier hebdomadaire de yoga à partir du 20 juillet en plein air cet été
Ateliers hebdomadaires d'une heure trente dès l'automne 2023 ou deux heures en bi mensuel selon préférences du plus grand nombre. Selon les demandes et les besoins, j'ouvrirai un second atelier.
Des vidéos en ligne à retrouver dès 2024 pour inspirer et nourrir vos pratiques où que vous soyez sur terre
Des stages à venir en Ardèche et en Bretagne à partir de 2024 en solo ou en collaboration

Nothing is fixed in what I transmit since every second gives us the opportunity to awaken to other possibilities.
Whatever comes to my field of consciousness, I strive to share with you if it can bring you joy and help you on your own path.
My allies are innumerable, among them, poetry, art, the creative dream, they never betray me
Love for the earth, non-human animals, plant people, … is what allows me to stay aligned, to carry my deep convictions loud and clear.
This love will follow me until after death
I wish you to feel love as strong as this
I also wish you great discoveries in the workshops that I offer and to draw from them a furious desire to live another thousand years.
