Je m'appelle Isabelle N
Je suis artiste polymorphe, autrice, animiste, créatrice de l'univers Frisson Sauvage qui voue l'art, la poésie, le yoga à l'amour du Vivant et à l'épanouissement de l'être.
Licenciée en ethnologie puis formée à diverses pratiques corporelles (Expression primitive, danses d'expression afro américaines), vocales (chant spontané, créatif), au Yoga, à l'autolouange ...j'interviens dans des ateliers présentiels et via de futurs programmes en ligne.
Je suis intervenue entre 2002 et 2017 en milieu scolaire via des ateliers d'expression corporelle et création de spectacles et porte de nouveaux projets en primaire et collège pour favoriser la cohésion collective et l'estime de soi.
Autrice d'une trilogie Frisson animal qui fait l'apologie onirique et poétique du Vivant, j'ai comme projet à venir de publier une nouvelle et des albums inspirés de mes spectacles jeune public et d'autres écrits.
Mon art se manifeste aujourd'hui par des voyages transepoétiques au tambour et chant, par des grands portraits d'animaux au pastel, des illustrations mêlant fusain, acrylique fluide, aquarelle.
Initiatrice d'évènements passés et à venir en médiathèque, librairies, festivals par l'exposition d'oeuvres, de rencontres dédicaces, de prestations au tambour* pour célébrer le Vivant, retrouver la mémoire de l'interconnexion, j'ai aussi comme projet d'animer des ateliers d'autolouange et récit d'une utopie en prolongement ou en dehors de ces rencontres pour faire état de sa singularité et tisser avec d'autres son rêve pour le monde....
*J'ai de l'expérience dans l'art de la scène ayant écrit, mis en scène et joué dans 4 spectacles vivants entre 2013 et 2017.
